How It Works:

  1. Submit Your Request: Fill out the award booking request form with your preferred travel dates, destinations, airline preferences, and available points.
  2. Pay the Search Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to begin the search. This deposit will be credited toward your final booking fee if we find an option that works for you.
  3. We Do the Research: We will search for the best available award options, checking various airline partners and alliances to maximize your points.
  4. Receive Your Flight Options: We will present the best available flights based on your preferences and points balance. If no reasonable options are found, the search fee is non-refundable due to the time invested in research.
  5. Finalize the Booking: Once you approve an option, we will send you a payment link for the remaining booking fee. After payment, you will be provide detailed instructions on how to book your flight.

Pricing:

  • One-Way or Round-Trip Award Search – Priced per passenger. Fees vary depending on the complexity of the itinerary.
  • Multi-City or Complex Itineraries – Pricing is based on the number of stops and overall complexity. Each additional stop beyond three will incur a $75 fee per stop.

Important Notes:

  • If no viable award options are available within the parameters you provide (e.g., extremely high redemption rates like 200,000 miles for an economy ticket), I will not suggest those options, and the search deposit remains non-refundable.
  • Award space can disappear quickly. If you’re not ready to book, please do not submit a request, as delays may cause options to vanish.

1. How long does it take to get a response after submitting the form?

You will typically receive a response within 24 hours. In rare cases, it may take up to 72 hours. If you haven’t received a response within this timeframe, please check your spam folder.

2. How is communication handled?

All communication is conducted via email. Please check your email frequently, as failure to respond within 24 hours may result in needing to restart the process with a new booking request.

3. What is the $50 search fee for flight bookings?

Award searches require extensive time and effort to evaluate different loyalty programs, routing options, and redemption values. The $50 fee covers the research and remains non-refundable even if we don’t find a successful booking.

4. How is payment collected?

All payments are collected via PayPal invoice, which allows you to pay securely using your credit card. Your credit card information is never stored or passed on to Points to Boarding Pass.

5. How much does the service cost?

  • On average, a round-trip booking for two passengers costs $200 total ($100 per person).
  • Multi-city bookings typically start at $150 per passenger.
  • Exact pricing will be provided via email before proceeding.

6. Why can’t you book the award ticket for me?

To protect your account security, I do not require your login credentials. Whenever possible, we will place award holds for you. After final payment, you will receive step-by-step instructions to book and transfer points yourself.

7. Do I have to pay if you don’t find the award I want?

Yes. If the options we find match the original parameters of your request, you are still required to complete the final payment. This applies even if you change your mind about the trip.

8. The award space you found is no longer available — what now?

Award space is extremely limited and can disappear quickly. Any delays in booking can result in losing the availability.

  • Please book immediately after receiving your instructions.
  • We will assist with alternative booking options within 24 hours of receiving final payment.
  • If award space disappears after 24 hours, Points to Boarding Pass is not responsible for lack of availability.
